Check-in and Check-out Procedures

Property Access

• AWD or 4WD vehicles are required during inclement weather months where snow or ice may be present. Chains may also be required if it snows. No refunds, allowances, or date changes will be given to travelers who are not prepared with the proper vehicle, as outlined in the Rental Agreement.

Policies and Rules

• Weddings and other large events are strictly prohibited.
• No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy (28 guests) allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
• Minimum age: Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
• No smoking allowed inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home.
• Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.
• House Rules: No smoking allowed. Minimum age: 25 years. Children allowed. No events allowed.

Fees and Payments

• Firewood for the indoor fireplace or outdoor fire pit may be purchased at the time of booking or with a week's notice. You receive two wrapped, kiln-dried bundles and a fire starter for $25 plus tax.
• This property is pet friendly for up to a maximum of 2 dogs with a $25 per day, per dog fee. Pets other than dogs are not permitted. (Note: Source data lists maxPets as 99; if this is correct, update as needed.)
• All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.

Parking Information

• Level, paved parking space for up to 10-15 vehicles.

Utilities and Amenities Access

• All BRMR homes offer well-stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two.
• Towels and linens will be provided.
• We do not provide hair dryers.
• Firewood for the indoor fireplace or outdoor fire pit may be purchased at the time of booking or with a week's notice.

Cancellation Policy

• Bookings canceled 30+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit.
• Bookings canceled between 15-29 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit.
• Bookings canceled within 14 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest.
• All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
